GASTRAU’S GOLF CENTER INC. RETURN POLICY
DEADLINE TO ACCEPT RETURNS
- After 30 days, we no longer accept returns on any items.
- Buyer must email gastrausmanager@gmail.com within 30 days of when the item was delivered to be eligible for a return.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS AREN’T RETURNABLE
- Pre-Owned Gastrau’s Clubs are not returnable unless clubs are damaged during the process of shipping
- Must be proven through pictures and reported within 7 days of receiving the package
- Clubs (if possible) will either be fixed through our physical location, or through their respective company.
RETURN COST
- Cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We will send a return shipping label at the lowest possible cost to the customer via the email given to us through the purchase on ggcgolf.com.
- Customers get up to 14 days to bring the package back to the post office before the return becomes void and customers must keep the package.
CONDITION OF RETURNS
New Equipment must be in original wrapping without any signs of usage, or damage to the equipment otherwise the return will not be accepted.
- Woods, or any golf clubs that come with adjustable wrenches must be included with the return.
- Plastic wrap needs to be on the club in the original condition without any signs of use.
- Accessories must be in original packaging and/or have no signs of usage.
- Must be shipped back in original packaging or something equivalent.
- Original tags, plastic wrap, headcovers, adjustable wrenches, and packaging must be included in the return.
RETURNS THAT ARE CLEARLY USED AND NOT IN “LIKE NEW” CONDITION
- If clubs are returned that were shipped as “NEW” to the customer originally and did not meet the criteria stated above, we can do either of the following;
- Accept the return, but only give back a partial refund based off the PGA Trade-In Value at our discretion and expertise, OR
- We will ship it back to you at our cost and the customer keeps the equipment.
GIFT RETURNS POLICY
- Gifts can be returned, as long as they meet the following requirements stated above. Gift returns will be given in the form of store credit, or refunded to the original card that made the purchase.
- Must be given purchase order # and credit will be given once product is received.
- Amount given will be the full value (including sales tax) for the item.
RETURN OPTIONS
- We can refund customers to the original credit card used to purchase the item, or in the form of credit that can be used online or in our physical brick-and-mortar location.
RETURN IN-STORE
- If applicable to customers who live nearby, they can return the item to our physical location to bypass the shipping costs of returning.
- Customers must bring in an ID and the email verifying the purchase.
- Equipment must meet the following requirements stated above.
RETURN PROCESS
- Email gastrausmanager@gmail.com with the subject line: Return (Order #)
- We will send a return label at the lowest cost to you possible.
- Once the item is received at our physical location, we will make sure there are no damages to it and you will receive a full refund minus the cost of shipping (to and from the shipping address provided)
